- Jb Alexandre Added June 06, 2022★ ★ ★ ★ ★Small farm producing goats cheese from a herd of 76 (soon to be 84) Swiss Toggenburg goats. Beautiful creamy texture. Our fave was Big B the semi hard cheese. We also loved Bloom, their soft rind oozy cheese. And they had a fresh curd called Curdy that is very light and tasty. Passionate farmers, natural methods. Iain and Kate you were amazing. One of the highlight of our Tasmanian trip.

They practice (in my opinion) ethical farming techniques which is nice to see.
